I think this is real, Due to her age, the dance and the amount of weight she lost so fast I think it got too msuch, also at the start she is breathing very hard

Probably no one will ever know for sure whether Marie's faint was genuine or fake. I think it is most likely genuine. If so, it must be very tough for her to have everyone saying it was put on for attention or sympathy. I did see her leg twitch though - possibly from a bit of a seizure, as I think someone has already suggested. Either ways, I love her!

access hollywood said that she lost weight way to fast, and believe it or not that can cause lightheadedness. that's probably what happened.
