I remember this show and seen this performance. Aahh lip-syncing carried so many performances, and still does. Still a great tune tho.

Right on with it. When I first heard Odyssey's Inside Out I could not believe they would borrow from Slave. I wonder if they got permission before doing it.

i looked it up, and you're mostly right- slave did this a year ('81) before odyssey did "inside out"... odyssey however has been around longer. no hard feelings i hope....

one of the ways you could describe my musical tastes is 'metalhead', and i love slave and funk in general too. they really deserved to be as celebrated as the ohio players. |
