"Anyways" is an incorrent UNGRAMMATICAL in written English. Adverbs cannot be plural. I high encourage you to change the way you say "ANYWAYS" to "ANYWAY", unless it's really necessary to use at times; otherwise; limit and narrow "ANYWAYS" down.
