I believe it's a Japanese film titled "Hei tai yang 731 xu ji zhi sha ren gong chang". I think the English translation, or title is "Men behind The Sun".

i love how this illustrates the cruelty of war, and the overlooked plight of the Chinese during the Second World War. Even the Nazi's claimed that the Japanese were barbaric. Because prominent Jews and there relentless Holocaust rhetoric, the world still doesn't understand. 日本人真得是野蛮！
