thanks, i'm thinking about studying this for mma training, i think this and boxing are the best styles to combine for striking.

same as in freestyle to get a pin but in greco there is no attacking the legs no trips sweeps, shots etc.

I dont think this is freestyle, greco roman typically is the old school style that the greeks-romans used and relies on upper body with very little lower body.

Good match, well filmed so the viewer can see the action "up close". The guy from Finland in the blue singlet has a muscular body suited for Greco-Roman wrestling but in the end the German wrestler had the better technique and won the match.

in greco you are not allowed to grab anything below the waist and points are earned in throws.
