I think some folks are taking this all wrong. All she is saying is to love yourself. She is not saying to be unhealthy. Just LOVE YOURSELF. I am 6'1 and can't change that. Just gotta accept it. It is who I am. That is what her point it. Embrace what you have been blessed with.
