I have a mac, lounge lizard computer with very breakable hinges and covers. Looks and runs very nice though.

I have used Pana`s for 12 years and the only fault to occur was an oxide poor connection on a display inverter edge connector on a CF-27. I have a CF-19 now and it gets use in minus 18c outdoors. It has been sat on, has lived loose in glove boxes and under vehicle seats. Had beverage split upon it and heavy items dropped on it. For all those that do not rate these machines I say you probably never owned one. They are serious machines for field personnel, garages, geologists, you name it.

I like the idea that the laptop could be folded so it could be hang up on the wall. cool!

I added this video to my favorites yesterday and ended up ruining my own laptop! The table it was on tipped over pouring a whole glass of Pepsi all over it. The monitor is completely ruined because of the damage from the liquid and a glass candle holder crushing the upper corner of the screen and the motherboard isn't doing that well either!I can't help but laugh a little because of the coincidence of it happening the same day, because I don't know what else to do! It sucks!

only a three foot drop?what happened to the commercial where they dropped it off of a two-story building?

why didn't they let it go swimming?

Well, according to some other videos, it can stand being dropped, stomped on, doused with a full bottle of water, and even ran over by a car. Whether or not you want to test these for yourself is entirely at your discretion. |
