maybe in theory, but its about as difficult to stab a person as it is to punch them (which isnt very difficult)

your soo wrong its sad, knife defense isnt very difficult to learn, esspecially against the people who are lol using one....its not a sport

of course a fight is 90% ground fight when you got a leauge full of wrestlers, a good striker will take out the person before it gets to the ground, in a real fight at least, not in some wrestler filled leauge, oh and go look up chuck ladell pl0x kthnxbye

bottom line for mma is its imaginary. put me in guard i will rupture your testicles, gouge your eyes and apply a open handed choke. or pull my knife and do some kidney work for free. MMA is not applicable to reallife. i have seen 200 lb solid Ring fighters get fucking rocked by 150 lb scrawny street kids. The moves taught by bjj and other compromised MAs are easily escapable when there are no rules. people carry knives tazers battons and there is no referee in life. MMA is a sport.

Plus some karate styles has a lot of ground fighting also. And a clever MMA figher with a Karate background would also train judo, jiu-jitsu etc.Weel on the other hand im more into watching K1. Holding, grapping and trowing is effective but not always the most trilling to watch.

True, but again: since I was not talking about MMA it makes no sense as an reply to my post.It might make sense talking about MMA, which I wasnt.

It make sense, mma has make the point that ground fight is 90% of a real fight and strykes 5%, luck is like 5%...
