I agree with you. I live in Montreal and have been lucky enough to have seen her twice. I'm buying tickets tomorrow to see her in February 2008. I love this woman!

Same as MightyTiny: her music immediately struck a chord with me, from the moment I heard it a few years ago (well, from the moment I first saw her live actually) and I never could explain why it affects me so strongly. I know it has the same immediate effect on many people. "Miracle of Five" is a fantastic record.

Can't exactly put my finger on exactly why, but Eleni Mandell just strikes a chord with me. I got her album "Miracle of Five" and listening to it is like... laying on the grass by a river on the countryside, on a lazy summer's day with maybe a fishing rod in hand, hoping not to catch anything so as not to disturb the mood. Kinda melts your stress away.
