Dear Svitlana.I am happy that you are:"so happy to find this video and your profile". in many cases of cellulite this techniques are working. wouldn't recommend to study from this clip because it is very short fragment from program. I mean this clip just for general information and contain not enough explanation and hands-on demonstrations. many of very good memories associated with Vinnitsa.Best wishes.Boris

Its not as painful, actually in the beginning it is because all your fatty cells are so stiff. Then after couple of sessions it gets easy, i started 2 years ago and now my body has changed completely! I just think this is the best ever! Mr.Boris, this video is perfect!

Dear kenanabanana1,There are two ways from reduce cellulite. One of them is via a cosmetic surgery and another method that is similar to the one I demonstrate. I hope you will agree that surgery is much more painful, expensive and might have multiple possible side effects. By the way, my method is not as painful as it looks.Best WishesBoris

I have to tell you that I've been doing this massage for about a month now along with exercising 5 times a week. I'm am very happy with the results! I have seen up to 70% difference on my legs and butt. I can't wait until I'm cellulite free! Thank you for posting this video!

Dear mysltal. in many cases this techniques working very well. however I don't see how one can apply this techniques for himself. I do believe that for a self stress management possible to apply self massage but not for cellulite reduction. Best wishes. Boris
