I agree you need to see a DMV , else pay money and get it , in mumbai agents sit outside the DMV to get clients !!!

This is Calcutta and not Mumbai or Bombay as he says. Check the car number plate he is driving and also the Ambassador Taxis which is found on Calcutta roads. :)I admit you can get licenses by paying money but the way it is shown up here is definitely not the actual way these days. You actually need to go to DMV these days go get finger printed which is then integrated on your Bio-driver's License. :)
