She couldve even added hispanic women, it would be a minority too eventhough they would still be considered ´caucasian´ and at the same time a ´minority. What you said gave the impression of you saying you need to be non white to be a minority..and in this case you need to be of black race to be considered a minority.

Well, im not getting defensive im just replying to what you wrote. There is a difference. Ok you clearly said that it was good not to include WHITE WOMEN. ¨honestly, i thought alicia key's intentions were good not to include white women in the video.I'm sorry but she was gearing towards the minority those who are often forgotten.¨ And I said that minorities can be white as well.

i like this song but if people dont want to struggle, they need to do good in school, go to college, and get a good job. dont make up excuses like i got pregnant because there are plenty of people that have done it w/ small children & pregnancies.

I agree I never said that some women of ethnicity struggle more than others that's why I just said minorities. Please don't get defensive. All women DO struggle to some degree but it is more prevalent in women of ethnicity. |
