I heard in some styles of bellydance the heels are used like in lebanese style, I've seen a lot of turkish bellydancers using heels all the time too, and in dabke dance too. I think they look nice using heels when they greet the audience and when the show will end, is something elegant i think, hehehe

Dancing in heels is a comfort thing for sure. You don't have to use shoes when bellydancing, but I think it's way cool when women bellydance in heels. I'm trying to get comfortable doing it but man! It sure is a workout!
