I saw the movie when I was 13, I can still remember the contrast of the medow, the world and room 101. Winston & Julia Making love and the medows were the only color peices of the film.

What a book indeed. I'm 55 first read it at 14 re-read it every few years. Orwell was great! Try "Down and out in Paris and London" "Homage to Catalonia" Let me know what you think.
